Need your helpI need your help guys im seriously so down at the moment about my weight, this time last year i weighed 8stone thats 112pounds i hope i used a calculator converter thing on net, and now i weight 10stone 1 which is 140pounds. I can't wear anything i want to anymore and just don't feel comfortable or confident.
I was just wondering if you have any good tips i know people say exercise and good diet, but what foods you eat? Typical meals. What exercise for how long etc.

Excerise..
Best to make your heart pump for 20 mins. every day.. Brisk walk or out on a bike etc.
Look at labels on things. Cut out sugar and fat, or cut it down. I find calories difficult.
Have you worked out your bmi yet? m
I am currently trying to lose half a stone (8lbs) just started, and then got flu!! But am picking it up when the weather improves. I got a mountain bike, just 20 mins a day. And I have cut out cheese (because i have to ) and sugar in tea etc.. one step at a time. Hopefully by may ill be back to the middle of my bmi.
(body mass index, mine in 24.2. (im 5ft 11 weighign exactly 11 stone.)
